iCivics.org: Inform, Engage, and Inspire Your Students!

Event Overview

How do we ensure our students become engaged citizens and take informed action? By implementing meaningful lessons that build critical thinking, problem solving and participatory skills, that’s how! Through games, lessons, web quests, and more, students learn how the government works and how they can do their part in being an informed, engaged citizen. Students will compare personal and political rights with social responsibilities and personal duties, while learning how they can make a difference in their community.

*Mileage reimbursement up to $100 available to those traveling at least 100 miles one way to attend training. Mileage reimbursement is limited and awarded on a first-register (and attend)/first serve.
