The Yuma County Juvenile Facility has several programs that are designed to educate youth and encourage positive behavior.  STEP UP: Education that the Detention Officers provide for the detainees to increase their knowledge and encourage positive behavior.  Boss Bucks: A positive reinforcement tool that allows detainees to use their bucks in exchange for incentives, i.e. snacks, phone calls, etc.
