    ALCOHOL

    Possession of Alcohol:

    Is is against the law for a person under the legal drinking age (which is 21) to buy, receive, have in possession, or consume alcohol.(ARS 4-244).

    If you have or use alcohol when you are under the age of 21, you may be put on probation, have your driving privileges suspended, or pay fines or damages.

    Why not 18? Because the gov won't give states $$ for roads if they don't comply? Should be 18. If you're old enough to go die in the service or go to jail or smoke cigarettes, why not 18? I just got an M.I.P. last night and I'm 20. retarded. Not everyone drinks and drives, maybe they should act 18..

    I think that nobody under the age of 21 should recieve alcohol from anybody. All it does it hurt people and kill them when a drunk person decides to drive. People over the age of 21 should be responsible.
