Fireworks:

The individual use, discharge or ignition of fireworks is not allowed without a permit.

9.05.050 Explosives.

It is unlawful for any person to blast or use powder, fireworks or other explosives within the limits of the town, or within such distance of the corporate limits of the town as to endanger persons or property within the corporate limits of the town without a permit from the chief of police in writing. (Prior code § 11-1-5)
