Fireworks:

The individual use, discharge or ignition of fireworks is not allowed without a permit from the Diamond Star Fire District or United States Fire Service.

5-3-2: EXPLOSIVES AND FIREWORKS; PERMIT REQUIRED:   

It is unlawful for any person within the limits of the town to blast or use powder, fireworks or other explosives without a written permit from the proper authority of the Diamond Star fire district or United States fire service. (2006 Code)
