My 13 year old daughter is being bullied when she is at her father's home by her father's live in girlfriend's 18 year old daughter, who lives in the home part time. What are my daughter's rights? What can be done to make this type of harassment stop ? The mother of the 18 year old is aware of the abuse but has done nothing to stop it. My daughter says she is afraid to tell her dad for fear the bullying will get worse or her father will not believe her, although my daughter is not known to tell lies. My daughter has been depressed while at her father's home due to this .
