I was cited for underage drinking, but after doing community service, paying a fine, and taking a class, the charges were dismissed. Even though the citation was dismissed, I am still losing my lisence. Is this possible? and WHY?

What if I don't buy alcohol myself?

Is it true that they are not allowed to call your parents if you are over 18 and were not caught drunk or in possession, even if you were in a house where they found empty beer containers and no parents?

I was drinking during the day the other day and my friend, who was a sober driver, got pulled over. The cop asked for IDs but I didn't have mine because I was at a pool party all day. He gave me a Minor in Consumption ticket because he smelled alcohol on me and I told him I was not 21. I can't seem to get an answer to this question so I thought I would ask here. What are the penalties, for a 21 year old, for being found drinking in public in the state of Arizona? meaning not drunk and disorderly or having any relation to a vehicle just drinking from an open container.

I plead guilty under A.R.S. 4-244 (33.) when I was 19. I received a restricted permit for two years and alcohol screening. Many job applications ask whether you have been convicted of any offense or of only felonies, but do not know what the offense is technically considered. Is an A.R.S. 4-244 (33.) offense considered a misdemeanor and can it be expunged under Arizona law?

I just watched this report on 60 Minutes with these parents that let their kids have a party and someone drove home drunk and killed themselves. I believe in Kansas they did not have a law against parents that allow parties, but have alcohol, as long as the parents did not supply it. I was at a grauation party the other day where there was undeage drinking going on and people were smoking weed out front. The neighbor called in a noise complaint and the cops showed up. There was mostly adults at the party but they didn't know underage drinking as going on. The cops walked in the front door without permission or a search warrant. walked into the back yard and gave me a minor consumption, minor possesion and alcohol in body tickets. What fines am i facing? Can the homeowner fight her contributing to minor tickets? Can we fight the tickets since the cops were not allowed in?

I was arrested and charged possession and consuming alcohol along with my 17 year old brother. They gave a breathalyzer to my brother and never to me. I told them that i wasn't drinking and they could give me the test also but they didn't and still charged me with possession and consuming.
