i was taken by cps and placed with my aunt. I would like to stay with her but she has a cps record also. can she get guardianship of me?

For the past 2.5 years my grandaughter(2.5yrs old) has been in my care/custody from Thur - Sun. Now, suddenly her mother wants restrict all visitation with me, no overnights. Nothing has happened at my home to promote this action, my son is suddenly agreeing to everyother weekend visits. When my grandaughter needed her shots, I took her, when she got sick and needed her lungs pumped I took, I have had her in preschool, swim lessons, etc. etc. What can I do to protect my visitation rights with my grandaughter, we have a very strong bond and this change will confuse and hurt her.

I don't get along with my family. There is mental abuse, but not physical. I do have a place to stay, and it is a 2 parent responsible and healthy acting family, unlike my own family. My parents would never relinquish control of me. If I leave without permission, and I go live with this other family, a) could this other family be charged legally with a crime for allowing me to stay there without parent permission? b) could I be in legal trouble by staying there? My school grades are exc., but emancipation isn't possible since my parents refuse to allow me to have a job. Please help.

I was cited for underage drinking, but after doing community service, paying a fine, and taking a class, the charges were dismissed. Even though the citation was dismissed, I am still losing my lisence. Is this possible? and WHY?

What if I don't buy alcohol myself?

I can't seem to get an answer to this question so I thought I would ask here. What are the penalties, for a 21 year old, for being found drinking in public in the state of Arizona? meaning not drunk and disorderly or having any relation to a vehicle just drinking from an open container.

I plead guilty under A.R.S. 4-244 (33.) when I was 19. I received a restricted permit for two years and alcohol screening. Many job applications ask whether you have been convicted of any offense or of only felonies, but do not know what the offense is technically considered. Is an A.R.S. 4-244 (33.) offense considered a misdemeanor and can it be expunged under Arizona law?

I just watched this report on 60 Minutes with these parents that let their kids have a party and someone drove home drunk and killed themselves. I was at a grauation party the other day where there was undeage drinking going on and people were smoking weed out front. The neighbor called in a noise complaint and the cops showed up. There was mostly adults at the party but they didn't know underage drinking as going on. The cops walked in the front door without permission or a search warrant. walked into the back yard and gave me a minor consumption, minor possesion and alcohol in body tickets. I was arrested and charged possession and consuming alcohol along with my 17 year old brother. They gave a breathalyzer to my brother and never to me. I told them that i wasn't drinking and they could give me the test also but they didn't and still charged me with possession and consuming.
