      My mother keeps threatening to kick me out. She did the same thing to my older sister when she was sixteen. Is it true she can kick me out at sixteen? My mom says that it's legal.
      My girlfriend is 16 years of age and I just turned 18. I wanted to know if her mom kicks her out could she live with me?
      Is there a specific amount a landlord can raise your rent? When the lease expires? Can they raise it to aas much as they want before you sign a new lease? Are you only protected during your leasing period?
