Question: arizona law state that you cannot have red or blue lights displayed on the front of your vehicle, if you are not an arizona resident and your vehicle is not registered in arizona is it still a ticketable offense while passing through arizona?
Answer: Generally, when a person is within a state, that person is subject to that state's laws. In Arizona, A.R.S. § 28-947 lists restrictions on red and blue lights. Take a look at the law. There are some exceptions to this law, but they are very specific.
