Amber Qualls is graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law.  Prior to becoming an attorney, Amber worked as an Instruction Specialist for the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education & Kids Voting for over four years and assisted in providing quality law-related education training to Arizona school resource officers, school probation officers, teachers, administrators and community resource people. Prior to the Foundation, she worked as an education coordinator and facilitated the College Prep Program, an after-school program for valley high school students. Amber holds a Bachelors of Arts in Communications from Howard University.
