He is quick to offer technical assistance and maintains communication with past training attendees who seek additional support. His experience with a vast number of civic education programs provides training participants with a number of tools and resources they may need to implement a new curriculum. Mark is always up to date on current trends and this allow for participants to gain relevant knowledge. He shares a great rapport with co-facilitators and brings wit, excitement, and energy into the training room.
