CLICK HERE TO REGISTER YOUR STUDENTS TO VOTE!
All students will need a Voter ID or School Code to vote online. Voter IDs and school codes will be emailed to registered teachers.
Step 1 - Create a login on LawForKids.org.
Step 2 - Teachers register to participate by clicking the "Teachers Register Here" button. You must have a login to register. Once you have registered, instructions will be emailed to you based on your selection and type of election you are choosing to run.
Step 3 - Select the type of election simulation activity you would like to implement:
- Online Voting
- Paper Ballot
Step 4 - Receive unique Voter IDs to distribute to students (online voting only) or the school code for the entire class/school (online voting only) and "I Voted" stickers!
Step 5 - Ensure students vote and finish the ballot! To access the online ballot, students will click on the link to the ballot, enter their Voter ID# or the school code and ballot unlock code, and follow the steps to vote.
