Mock Trial: Students in the Courtroom

Event Overview

This training will provide educators with the foundation to implement Mock Trial in the classroom. Mock Trial will enable your students to interactively learn about the judicial system and help them improve public speaking, writing, critical thinking, and research skills. Lessons and activities will provide a starting point for teaching courtroom knowledge including the steps in a mock trial, roles of courtroom personnel, rules of evidence, and the trial process. Strengthen your students’ understanding of the legal system by conducting simulated trials in the classroom!
