The Project Citizen Research Program is open to 7-12th grade teachers. To qualify, you must not have attended any prior Project Citizen training or implemented Project Citizen in any capacity. James Madison Legacy Project teachers are ineligible to apply. To apply, please download and complete the teacher agreement form.
