Emancipation Qualifications Question

0
I'm a seventeen year old mother. My mom has just kicked me out of her house. When talking to my school counselor, she had said that since I've already had my daughter that I have basically legally emancipated myself. Is this true? If not, what are the qualifications needed to be met in order to emancipate myself. Please let me know asap, I need to get my daughter away from my mom.

    Arizona Law:

The requirements for emancipation are found in A.R.S. 12-2451.

A person may also be emancipated through marriage under A.R.S. 25-102.

    What does this mean?

A person who has a child out of wedlock is not considered legally emancipated under the law but may still obtain emancipation either through the procedures laid out in A.R.S. 12-2451 or through marriage.
