WHAT IS JUVENILE JUSTICE?

Juvenile Justice refers to the state and local court systems that respond to youth. juvenile justice programs include delinquency prevention, managing juvenile offenses, probation, and helping to rehabilitate youth. The juvenile court is a special division in superior court that hears adoption, juvenile crime, emancipation, minor abortion requests, termination of parental rights, and other youth-related cases.
