Each James Madison Legacy Project participant must submit one video that demonstrates their students conducting a 10 minute hearing for at least one unit. The video should follow the Center for Civic Education hearing procedures. You can find the format for these hearings in the document "Simulated Hearing Procedures" under 'Document Center' located above in the "Download the Rules" section. The hearings must cover at least one unit and utilize judges to complete the 6 minutes of questioning. Additional documents are available under the Document Center to assist you with this endeavor.
