Event Overview

This academy is for those who serve an upper elementary/middle/high school population. 

School resource officers, juvenile probation officers, new Teen Court leaders, teachers, and other school educators are invited to attend this academy focused on how to start a Teen Court while also encouraging youth leadership and civic responsibility. Participants will understand Teen Court procedures, the difference between punitive and restorative consequences, and the impact that a “jury of their peers” has on youth and the community.
