Virtual Hearings

Virtual hearings are allowed in certain situations with permission from the court. In delinquency cases, a motion must be filed by the attorney if the youth or their parent or guardian needs to appear virtually. In dependency cases, virtual appearances are generally permitted unless a specific court order states otherwise.
