The Foster Care Review Board (FCRB) are volunteers who are appointed by a judge to review the cases of children in foster care. They meet virtually and make recommendations to the court. Youth in foster care can attend the review of their case and speak directly to the Board during the review of their case. If unable to attend their case review, youth can submit a statement to the Board.
