Uniform

Upon intake, youth are issued a standard uniform, including underwear, pants, socks, shoes, shower shoes, and a shirt. The facility uses a behavior-based level system marked by clothing colors to encourage positive conduct. Level 1 is grey, Level 2 is blue, Level 3 is yellow, Level 4 is red, and Level 5 is a dark blue polo. Youth in Levels 4 and 5 can earn incentives. This system helps track progress and encourages positive behavior.
