Behavioral Levels

In the pod area, the privileges extended to the youth at the Center are clearly displayed in several places for both the officer and the youth to see. Acceptable behavior expectations are clearly posted in all pod areas so that everyone understands the expected behaviors and what adhering to those expectations can earn them.

Information regarding schedules, level privileges, and expectations are posted for the officers and the youth in various areas of the living area. The color of their shirt will determine what level the youth is currently earning and what privileges can be extended to them.
