Nurse's Office

Youth can request to see the nurse by placing a request note in a locked box that only staff can access. They may also choose to speak with detention staff directly instead. Medications are given to youth at scheduled times by medical staff to ensure they receive the correct dosage safely and on time. Prescription medicines brought in by a parent or guardian are allowed and made available for use inside the facility.
