Physical Activity

Youth at the Center participate in daily physical activity designed to promote health and well-being. Each day, they engage in up to one hour of large muscle activity, which may include calisthenics, cardio workouts (such as running, stretching, or intervals), and group exercises. Team sports like kickball, basketball (including games like knockout), volleyball, frisbee, catch, and yoga are also offered. Activities are chosen at the unit leader’s discretion, and youth can earn incentives for participating.
