Leadership 100
Event Overview
Leadership 100 walks participants through the philosophy and requirements of the program and the key roles and responsibilities of the participants. This training sets a foundation for multi-disciplinary team-based approaches, data-based decision-making, as well as best practices for school safety. Participants will learn how the activities of Officers, Counselors, and Social Workers are connected to school safety and comprehensive efforts to drive your program. Finally, participants will locate helpful tools, supports, and resources.
During this training, participants will engage in purposeful activities, have opportunities for asking questions, and network with other school communities.
All Schools: Required to attend either an in-person (within Maricopa County) or a virtual (outside Maricopa County) full-day, live, interactive training.
