Arizona Mock Mediation Tournament
Tournament Overview
The Arizona Mock Mediation Tournament. Students in teams of 3 will play the roles of attorney, client, and mediator throughout a 3 rounds of mock mediations. Of the 8 teams competing in each division--middle school and high school--the top 4 in each will qualify for the final rounds. If your school is looking for an alternative or a complement to a Mock Trial program, we invite you to give High School Mock Mediation a try!
The Mock Mediation Tournament are available to all Arizona middle schools and high schools, however only the first 8 teams registered in each division will be accepted to compete at this stage in the program's development.
Helpful Tips for Completing the Registration Process
- Each team consists of 3 members.
- Member = Student
- Initially, each school will be limited to 1 team. If any spots remain open after the initial registration period, registered schools will have the opportunity to register an additional team.
- ALL registration edits must be submitted no later than October 31st.
- Accurately complete the aggregate demographic questions at the end of the form as the aggregate data is required and shared with our funders for continued funding for future years.
- Remit payment - $50 per team. A Square Invoice will be emailed to you upon submission of your registration. You can utilize the invoice to pay with a credit card or mail with a check. Purchase Orders are also accepted. Your registration is only complete once payment is remitted.
