Cell

Each youth in the juvenile detention center is assigned their own individual cell. These single-person rooms are equipped with a bed, sink, toilet, and metal mirror. In their rooms, youth are allowed to have basic necessities such as clothing, a pillow, a blanket, and toilet paper. They may also have up to 4 books and 1 religious book.
