QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) Suicide Prevention
Event Overview
Just like CPR, QPR is an emergency response to someone in crisis and can save lives. QPR is an evidence-based suicide prevention training, approved by AHCCCS as the state mental health authority and Medicaid agency, to support schools in meeting the legislative requirements of the Mitch Warnock Act, ARS 15-120. The QPR mission is to reduce suicidal behaviors and save lives by providing innovative, practical and proven suicide prevention training.
