Attending this training together encourages program cohesion and effective program implementation. Day 2 covers child development, trauma-informed practices, working with students in special education, and cultural responsiveness. Days 3 and 4 do a deep dive into LRE providing officers with classroom management techniques, space to share ideas and lesson plan, and knowledge of learning styles.
