Event Overview

This is a two-day in-person training: Day 1 is Leadership 100 and Day 2 is specific to CSWs. On Day 1, CSWs join Leadership 100 with other grantees (administrators, CSWs, and officers) to learn about the School Safety Program’s philosophy, requirements, roles and responsibilities, and school safety-related topics. On Day 2, CSWs attend with their peers to clarify program requirements, share tools to meet those requirements, and spend time sharing resources and building collaborative connections with other CSWs.

Important Note: Counselors and Social Workers should only register for the New Counselor and Social Worker Training. Do not register separately for Leadership 100. Registering for the New Counselor and Social Worker Training will automatically register you for Leadership 100.

All Schools: Required to attend either an in-person (within Maricopa County) or a virtual (outside Maricopa County) full-day, live, interactive training.

Who Attends? Counselors and Social Workers NEW to the program in FY 2026 OR who joined the program previously but did not attend the New Counselor and Social Worker Training.
