AZ School Safety Program Training
Important Note: During a virtual training, you must attend the training in its entirety on your own laptop or computer using your designated link. This allows your participation to be tracked and your training compliance to be noted. Training compliance cannot be tracked if participants share a computer.
Agency Supervisor Training
Required to Attend: Agency Supervisors who are a part of the program are required to attend day 1 of the Site Administrator Training.
Annual SSO Training
Required to Attend: All Officers who wish to work off-duty as an SSO and have not yet attended training for FY27. This includes returning SSOs and new SSOs.
Continuing Officer Training
Required to Attend: SROs and JPOs funded by the School Safety Program who attended the New Officer Training prior to FY27.
Counselor and Social Worker Training (SCSSW)
Required to Attend: All Counselors and Social Workers funded by the School Safety Program in FY27. This includes returning SCSSWs and new SCSSWs.
District Administrator Training
Required to Attend: District and Charter Administrators with School Safety Program funded sites in FY27. This includes returning District Administrators and new District Administrators.
LRE Academy
Optional to Attend: Officers who already attended the New Officer Training prior to FY27 and the Continuing Officer Training in FY27.
New Officer Training
Required to Attend: Officers NEW to the program in FY26 or who joined the program previously but did not attend the New Officer Training.
Site Administrator Training
Required to Attend: District and Charter Site Administrators at School Safety Program funded sites in FY27. This includes returning Site Administrators and new Site Administrators.
