We are thrilled to recognize Tara Bartlett for her outstanding contributions to the Foundation! Tara's dedication to civic education is unparalleled. As a former We the People teacher, she has brought her extensive experience to the Foundation by facilitating two We the People Summer Institutes and serving as a mentor to current We the People teachers. Tara also led the Student Voice Institute, training educators on how to implement programs that promote student voice, including Project Citizen. She has been instrumental in securing locations and resources for our training sessions and in building connections with other organizations. Her unwavering commitment to supporting teachers and her involvement in numerous civics initiatives in Arizona demonstrate her passion and dedication. Tara truly goes above and beyond in her efforts to advance civic education, and we are so grateful for her continued involvement with the Foundation!
