Arizona law defines truancy as missing 10 percent of school days or more. Arizona law allows districts to set their own consequences for missing school and suggests consequences such as failing a subject, failing a grade level, suspension, and expulsion. Read more here.
The National Youth Rights Association is advocating for opposition of curfew laws.
