Andrea Viel

Position:  Education Program Manager 

Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education

Andrea Viel is an Education Program Manager at the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. She helps teachers and school resource officers effectively implement civics and law-related education programs by facilitating training sessions and offering technical assistance. Prior to joining the Foundation, she taught middle school social studies for eight years in Phoenix, Arizona after receiving a B.A. in History and a certificate in Secondary Education from Arizona State University. Her passion for civics education and experience as an educator drives her commitment to making meaningful legal and civics education accessible to as many students as possible. Outside of work, Andrea enjoys traveling, gaming, and spending time with her husband and two dogs.
