Position: Officer
Officer Deb Iodice has proudly served with the Phoenix Police Department for over twenty-seven years. Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of assignments, including the Legal Unit, Incident Review Unit, Community Relations Bureau, and Patrol.
In 2004, Officer Iodice served as a School Resource Officer before exploring other roles within the department. She returned to school-based policing during the 2020–21 school year, joining the Washington Elementary School District.
She is currently assigned to Washington Elementary School, a pre-K–6 campus, where she considers it a privilege to be part of the school community. This role allows her to blend her law enforcement experience with her passion for relationship-building—connecting with students, faculty, staff, and the surrounding neighborhood.
Officer Iodice holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Arizona State University and a Master of Education in Counseling and Human Relations from Northern Arizona University.
