Tammy Waller

Tammy Waller is the Director of State Professional Programs at iCivics. Prior to joining iCivics she spent 7 years at the Arizona Department of Education as the Director for K-12 Social Studies and World Languages. Tammy has served as local faculty for the LRE Academy for over 15 years. Her experience and expertise in Law-Related Education is to be commended. She is one of Arizona’s leading teachers in Law-Related Education. Tammy was Co-Manager of the Arizona Civic Coalition and one of the leaders in the Educating for American Democracy Project. Prior to working at the Arizona Department of Education, she taught 7-12th grade social studies and coached Mock Trial for 23 years.
